Who I am

I am a certified personal trainer and coach at F45 Parkdale. I believe that anyone who has the desire to learn and willingness to put in hard work, will not only meet but exceed all of their fitness goals – and have fun doing it!

As an athlete who stopped playing competitively in my early twenties, I felt lost when it came to fitness. It wasn’t until I discovered F45 that my spark was relit and I discovered that challenging myself and getting stronger had an impact beyond the gym. This was the catalyst to getting my certification – so that I can help others to also find their strength, build their confidence, and become the best version of themselves.
